It is not difficult.
Just follow our easy steps to achieve the Rotary requirement "to spend 30
minutes participating in an interactive activity on a Rotary e-club Web site".
We hope it will help you enjoy the fellowship of Rotarians from around the
world and make your own Club Projects more widely known.
Before you can claim a make-up you must register on our
Forum «here».
This should open in a separate window.
Click on Accept and fill in your details, (Username:
first and last name. Location: club name, district and place). Note: the visual
confirmation code should be in CAPITALS. On success, you will receive a
confirmatory email with your username & password.
Once you have registered, you should then log in to the
forum main page (near the bottom) «here» using the
username and password you have just registered.
Please take time to read the other posts and then make
at least one *reply* of substance. Make your own posting in the 'Greetings
& Making Up' section. Introduce yourself and your club as you would when
visiting other clubs. Please include a short description (100-300 words) of a
project you or your club has been associated that may be of interest to other
visiting Rotarians.
You should have made a total of TWO
postings.
Please read more about the project we are supporting in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, to supply solar-powered electricity to a maternal health clinic in dire need of improved facilities. Consider making a donation to help our Club and the Club of Borrowdale Brooks in Harare to improve the quality of services at the maternal clinic in Bulawayo. More
information «here»
We suggest £5/$10 but please feel free to adjust
it to the amount your Club would charge a club visitor for sharing a Rotary
meal.
Please ensure you include your name, your club and your
valid email address on the PayPal form. (Your email address will only be used
to reply to your attendance request and will not be published).
You should receive within a day or so an official
confirmation by email confirming your attendance. You will also be added to our
Visitor & Roll of Honour Page <here>. |
